The American pop singer Katy Perry, has revealed the artwork for her new single 'E.T' in which she shows off a sharp new look. The songstress posted the black and white image on her Facebook page today, and the cover sees Katy posing in a sequined top and sporting a new block fringed haircut. A caption read, "Here's a sneak peek of the artwork for 'E.T'. Some commentators have suggested Katy's new look echoes that of Elizaeth Taylor's in the 1963 movie "Cleopatra". Katy is due to perform at the Grammy Awards on 13th February 2011 and she has been nominated for four awards including best female pop vocal performance.
Katy Perry, who recently filmed her much anticipated guest appearance on the popular US sitcom 'How I Met Your Mother', continues her 'California Dreams' tour throughout Europe in the coming months. She is set to play shows in France, Austria, Italy, Switzerland and Germany.
