Singer Susan Boyle is celebrating a milestone birthday, she turns 50 today, April 1.
The Scottish singer Susan, who shot to fame as a contestant on the UK TV show Britain’s Got Talent, will celebrate her big day with a party for close family and friends near her home.
Susan said, I’m looking forward to turning 50, there’s not much I can do about it but I’m happy to be reaching this birthday.
I guess I’m living proof that none of us know what’s around the corner and while I may have started a little late I really hope I can be around for a wee while longer!
I’ve had some wonderful moments throughout my life especially over the past two years and I would like to thank everyone for their kindness and encouragement, I wouldn’t be here without it and I appreciate it every single day.
Susan Boyle, who’s believed to have earned around $8m from her debut album, recently insisted she’s careful with her money.
She said, I’ve only just learned how to go in a taxi, I don’t flash the cash.
I’m always careful with money. I’m not saying I’m mean, but I’m always careful.
