Erin Heatherton too skinny?

Erin and Rosie were spotted having lunch and looking gorgeous in West Village on August 1, 2011..Erin is caught smoking again! not good, I don't care if she smokes but she should try not to smoke in public were she can be photographed because it's not exactly making her a good role model. & Those ribs are kinda worrying..an extra kg or two would definitely not hurt her!!

I saw her new film (Transformers) a couple of days ago, and in my opinion she did a pretty good job...she looked AMAZING and sexier than ever. Good for her but I worry her "naughty angel" image will become just "naughty" if she only does half naked campaigns and shoots for Men's Magazines.
